There are multiple aspects that we have to focus on to make sure you have the best possible outcome. We have to take into consideration how all aspects of our lives will affect us and how well we heal. There are five critical criteria that we will focus on.

Nutrition: A diet focused on decreasing inflammation, adequate protein that promotes tissue healing, and hydration to maximize performance.

Social Support: Having a good support system will help decrease stress, boost your mood, and give you hope.
